Purchase Request - Workflow - How to fill in Requestor

Hi

I created a Workflow to create Purchase Orders an Purchase Requests. Almost everything works but I can't find the part where to fill in the "Requestor" automatically:

I don't find anything like "Requestor" in the "Create Purchase Request Component" or "Save Purchase Request Component"

Does anyone know how to fill it in (via Workflow)?
