Single pass backup for physical SQL Servers?

Hi all, again....

Sorry netbackup new to us, just purchased some 5220 appliances, so may have a lot of question.

Is there a away to backup our physicall sql servers in one policy/pass? at the moment i have a policy for sql servers and a policy for physical windows serves, so i ave machines in both polcies which may not be good?
