Backup job is getting failed with error:0xe000fe30-a communication failure has occured

Hi all,

i m having issue with BE2010r3, during file level backup job is getting failed with error:0xe000fe30-a communication failure has occured.

i checked remote agent version,

able to access local drives of remote server

remote agent service working fine

but 10000 port is not communicating with media server

Please help
