Remove a client from a policy

Hello,

I was trying to remove a client from a policy but got a following error msg.

'The client could not be deleted from the client list, status: 238

 the database contains conflicting or erroneous entries(238)'

Enviornment : Netbackup 7.5.0.3

Any advices??
