Symantec Mail Security 6.5 for Microsoft Exchange Build 6.5.8.285 still not in FileConnect for my customers under SYMC PROTECTION SUITE ADVANCED BUSINESS EDITION 4.0 in Germany

Symantec Mail Security 6.5 for Microsoft Exchange Build 6.5.8.285 was released October, 1st and it still not in FileConnect for my customers under SYMC PROTECTION SUITE ADVANCED BUSINESS EDITION 4.0 in Germany.

I tried the serial numbers for all of them without effort.

Is Symantec still in the process of rolling it out?

I know it will take a while, but not more than 4 weeks after the initial release.
