Shutdown requested by Altiris Agent

Hi,

We already have some instances of restarting of servers due to Altiris Agent.

Can you help me how to eliminate this happening again?

I am very new to Altiris and I've been searching also on some same scenarios but still no luck how to resolve this problem.
