I need a solution
I am getting event ID 514 errors on a couple of our AV servers. the description is ERROR '[Brightmail] (ERROR:1084.1092):[12034] Network error occurred, unable to set private key file 'C:\program files\symantec\smssmtp\etc\cert.perm' type PEM
(58), check your network connection settings, check your proxy settings (if applicable), and check to ensure that port 443 (HTTPS) is open through any relevant firewalls.
I have seen some knowledge on the 514 error, but nothing that pertains exactly to the description. The version has not been upgraded recently (at least not to my knowledge) so I am not sure that the 514 error issue that references the bmiconfig.xml file is valid. If anyone has any other ideas, it would be greatly appreciated.
