MIA: HOWTO10643 How do tasks target specific users?

I have notes about knowlegebase articles I have found useful in the past.  HOWTO10643 is one I have marked as helpful.  When I do a search for it, I get a message that the aritcle has moved to SymWise and a link to access it.  When I click that link I get a message that "The URL you've tried isn't returning content".  Is there article updated?  Can it be accessed under a different number?
