MSDP DB sizing

Hi everyone,

Wondering if someone could offer some assistance around the sizing of the alternative database area when setting up MSDP?

I can't seem to find any rule of thumb sizing information in any of the documentation I've read. Although for some unknown reason I seem to have a figure of 20% of total MSDP size in my head, but not sure where this has come from (if even true) and can't find anything to back up my figures.

As an example, to me it seems excessive to reserve 2TB of space for the database area for a 10TB MSDP pool

If someone has some realistic sizing guides for this they would be greatly appriciated.
