I need a solution

I ran a full backup over the weekend. Today I check the activity monitor and I see conflicting results. Out of 97 jobs all completed except 4. When I look at the detailed page of the parent it shows the requested operation was successful. But the time shown is the start time of the job. When I look at the details page of the job itself it is still writing and time is the start time of the job. The current kilobytes written keeps going up indicating that the job is not complete. What is going on?
