Mail to perform the search request on one Vault

Hi,

For one Vault, user can't search items from archive explorer. Error message: "failed to perform the search request"

From Vault server, 2 events are generated (7231 and 7182). Description below.

Checking from Vault console, Index is not in failed status. I would like to know what is the best solution to resolve this issue.

Do I need to update the index?

Note size of this Vault is arround 56GB.

A COM error occurred.

Unspecified error (0x80004005)
